We are monitored regularly through quality assurance and due diligence process. Using an awarding organisation does not mean we are being bias towards our own quality protocols, it will mitigate the risk of not having an internal quality assurer and serves as a credible source when it comes to resource and training materials, so we use ProTrainings to attract more business and to set a standard.
It has taken time, persistence, patience, continuity and continued resilience to meet our highest accolade as a GOLD ProTrainings centre.
